Atlanta piano artist Keith Phillips has just released his 3rd CD, “Sanctuary”, 60 minutes of traditional hymns in an upbeat contemporary setting. Sanctuary features pop piano orchestrations in the styles of Enya, Yanni, and Mannheim Steamroller, accompanied by soft strings, violin, japanese and native american flutes, moog synthesizer, Hammond organ, guitar, and percussion.
Phillips’ first two CDs, “Nightfall” and “Daydreams” were used as fundraiser CDs for the Atlanta Symphony’s 2003 and 2005 Maestro’s Marts and has sold well in Georgia and eleven other states. 200 gift shops now sell Keith Phillips’ CDs and appearances in 2006 will include regional festivals, appearances at the Atlanta, Chicago, and Dallas gift marts, and two promotional tours through the Midwest and New England.
